Salary: £95 - £110 per day

The role will involve supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 within mainstream, SEND, and alternative provision settings. Responsibilities include providing classroom support and targeted intervention for students with SEND, behavioural, and SEMH needs.

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience supporting children or young people in secondary school, SEND, or alternative provision settings
• Knowledge of supporting students with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
