Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3 which includes study programmes, adult programmes and apprenticeships within electrical installations, in both a workshop and classroom environment. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach, you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.

• Equip students with skills for their future through outstanding education and training, inspiring them to achieve their potential.

• Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes for learners.
• Bring the subject to life using combined practical, theoretical, and digital methods to engage learners.
• Collaborate closely with Technicians, Personal Development Coordinators, Work Placement Officers and other internal departments such as Examinations and Curriculum Administration.
• Work as part of the curriculum team at Rotherham, taking direction from Curriculum Team Leaders and being line‑managed by the Curriculum Manager.

• Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award, or be willing to work towards.
• Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or be willing to undertake.
• Willingness to work towards any additional required qualifications.
