  • Opportunities across both primary and secondary settings
  • A collaborative environment where everyone pulls together
  • Yes, proper tea break chats are included too
What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism and complex needs, both in and out of the classroom

  • Are compassionate, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Bring great energy and aren’t afraid to get stuck in
  • Experience working with children, young people, or adults with additional needs, although this isn’t essential
  • Have an enhanced DBS on the update service, or are happy to apply for one
What’s in it for you
  • A consultant who actually answers the phone and genuinely supports you
  • Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies and no hidden deductions
  • Free access to CPD, including Team Teach and SEND-focused training
  • Long-term opportunities to grow your experience in specialist education
  • A chance to build a rewarding career making a real impact every single day
