RNN Group's Dearne Valley College in Rotherham seeks a Curriculum Performance Lead to shape an inclusive curriculum and align provision with local and national skills needs. The role combines operational leadership with a teaching commitment of about 12 hours per week.
You will lead lecturers, assessors and technicians across Study Programme, Adult Learners, Higher Level Skills, Commercial and Apprenticeships, driving performance, development, and student success.
