Are you an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners?
The Supply Register is working in partnership with the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust to recruit a full-time Level 2 Teaching Assistant for Birley Spa Primary Academy
, supporting pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) from September 2026
.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference during the earliest stages of children's education in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Your role will include:- Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
- Delivering small group and 1:1 activities
- Encouraging children's learning through play and structured activities
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
- Helping create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
- Experience working within EYFS or early years settings
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to helping children achieve their full potential
- Full-time role from September 2026
