BTEC & A-Level Business Lecturers (Temporary, Full-Time)

We are currently recruiting for experienced BTEC & A-Level Business Lecturers to join a well-established college in West Yorkshire on a full-time temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Business lecturer who has experience delivering high‑quality teaching within the Further Education sector.

• Position: Business Lecturer (Both A-Level & BTEC Vacancies)
• Location: West Yorkshire
• Contract: Full-time, Temporary
• Pay Rate: £32.00 - £37.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Deliver engaging and effective A-Level or BTEC Business lessons to students of varying abilities.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.

• Previous experience teaching BTEC or A-Level Business within a Further Education college.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
• A relevant degree or recognised qualification in Business or a related subject.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Competitive hourly rate of £32.00-£37.00 per hour.
• Full-time hours.
