Key Responsibilities:

Act as a vital link in the school's pastoral care team, monitoring wellbeing and escalating attendance concerns appropriately.
- A proactive communicator with strong relationship‑building skills to engage both pupils and their families.
- Someone confident in managing and interpreting detailed attendance data.
- A resilient, empathetic professional passionate about inclusive education and child safeguarding.
