Personal and Social Development Tutor

We are looking for a PSD & Employability Tutor to deliver Gateway and NCFE qualifications (E3 L2) to groups of up to 12 learners within a prison environment. This role plays a vital part in helping prisoners develop essential life and employability skills, preparing them for reintegration into society. With a focus on restorative practices, adaptive teaching, and literacy development, this position supports learners in taking responsibility, building confidence, and achieving personal growth.

Job Highlights:

• Position: PSD & Employability Tutor
• Qualifications: L2 qualification in Employability, PSD, or Life Skills; teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, CET, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience: Teaching, coaching, or vocational training, ideally within a prison or similar setting
• Skills: Literacy integration, adaptive teaching, restorative practices, employability training
