We are seeking a passionate Electrical Apprenticeship Skills Coach to inspire and guide learners starting their careers. This role involves coaching apprentices from day one to full qualification, conducting on‑site performance reviews, and building strong relationships with learners and employers while tracking their progress through digital e‑portfolios.

• Inspire and guide learners starting their careers in the electrical field.
• Coach apprentices from day one to full qualification.
• Conduct on‑site performance reviews and workplace assessments.
• Build strong relationships with learners and employers.
• Use digital e‑portfolios to track and record student progress.

• A confident assessor/tutor who can engage and motivate diverse learners.
• Relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher.
• A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent).
• Excellent IT skills and a teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• IQA Award is desirable.
