Tip Top Job is seeking an enthusiastic Job Coach to help young people with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans gain employment, independence and brighter futures. You will work in workplaces, build relationships with learners and employers, and celebrate progress through practical coaching and support.
Reporting to leadership, you will track progress, maintain records and ensure safeguarding standards while promoting equality and inclusion across diverse settings.
