We're looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Digital Skills Coach to help our teachers make confident and effective use of digital technology to enhance teaching, learning and assessment.
In this role, you'll work directly with teaching staff to develop their digital skills and pedagogy, providing practical training, coaching and support across Microsoft 365 tools, AI and a range of emerging technologies. You'll also help drive digital innovation across the College, exploring new approaches such as immersive learning, 360° content and Microsoft Learning Accelerators, and helping teachers turn these technologies into engaging learning experiences for students.
You'll be someone who enjoys exploring what's possible with technology - but, importantly, can translate that into practical ideas that teachers can confidently use in their classrooms.
About the PersonWe are looking for an individual with experience in using digital technology to enhance teaching, learning and assessment, along with a proven ability to support and train others in developing their digital skills. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and a keen interest in AI and emerging educational technologies. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to inspire, motivate and build confidence in others.
A degree or equivalent qualification is also required. If you are passionate about digital innovation and excited by the opportunity to help teachers use technology to create better learning experiences for students, we would love to hear from you.
