Are you passionate about helping young people reach their potential? Do you enjoy building positive relationships and helping others overcome challenges?

We’re looking for a Student Progress & Support professional to join our College and work with a caseload of students, helping them succeed both in their studies and beyond.

• Deliver weekly group sessions covering employability, life skills and personal development.
• Meet students individually to review progress, set goals and celebrate achievements.
• Provide pastoral support and help students overcome barriers to learning.
• Support students with attendance, punctuality, organisation and meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with teaching staff, Student Services, Wellbeing, Safeguarding and Inclusive Learning teams.
• Help students make the most of work placements and gather the evidence they need for their qualifications.
• Support students with UCAS applications and their transition into College.
• Give students a voice by coordinating Student Voice activities.
• Keep clear and accurate student records.
• Get involved in induction, open events and other College activities.

• Builds trusting relationships with young people.
• Listens, understands and knows when to offer support.
• Is organised, positive and approachable.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Wants to help every student feel supported and able to succeed.
