This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by helping a young person feel safe, supported and confident throughout their school day.

  • Providing a calm, consistent and reassuring presence throughout the school day.
  • Remaining available outside classrooms should additional support be needed.

  • Can provide consistent support while promoting independence.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach.
  • Are committed to making a meaningful difference in a young person’s education.

Previous experience is desirable, but the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young people are equally important.

What’s in It for You?
  • Fantastic full-time opportunity within a supportive independent school.
  • Competitive rates of pay to recognise your skills and experience.
  • Holiday pay included in your pay.
  • No late-night work
    , supporting a better work-life balance.
  • CPD and training opportunities provided to help you develop your skills.
  • Dedicated education consultant on hand to support you throughout your placement.
  • Rewarding experience supporting a young person to develop confidence and independence.
