Marchant Recruitment is seeking an outstanding Lead Practitioner of Mathematics for a rigorous secondary school in York, North Yorkshire. The role covers KS3–KS5 and includes strategic responsibility for whole-department pedagogy.
You will model evidence-based teaching strategies, lead peer coaching sessions, analyze pupil progress data, and prepare high-attaining Sixth Form students for STEP/MAT and national UKMT challenges. This is a full-time, permanent contract starting in January.
