On-Site Requirement: 2–3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to drive value and performance
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform project decisions
Support pre-construction activities, including risk management and stakeholder reporting
Provide advice on cost management, procurement, and project financial planning
Candidate Profile:
Proven infrastructure-related Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in utilities, power, or electrical sectors
Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and commercial management practices
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; RICS or equivalent chartership is advantageous
Excellent financial management, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams and maintain strong client relationships
About the Consultancy

They actively support professional development, including APC guidance and mentoring, providing a clear pathway for ambitious Quantity Surveyors to progress toward chartership and leadership roles.
