We are recruiting qualified Asbestos Analysts, Surveyors and Consultants to join our team in Wakefield. Bradley Environmental Consultants are looking for enthusiastic and loyal individuals to join our Technical Team to carry out site work on behalf of our regional offices. • In accordance with HSG 264:
  The Survey Guide, carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building types
• Reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys (undertaken by both BECL and other Consultancies)
• Air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects
• Supervision of asbestos removal projects
• Professional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to clients, providing specialist advice and consultancy services

The Candidate(s) will hold at a minimum BOHS P402 (or Equivalent) or BOHS P403 and P404 (or Equivalent) and possess the following attributes:

• Preferably two years relevant industry experience
• Working knowledge of HSG: 248 and HSG:264
• Excellent communication, client liaison and report writing skills with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos-related works
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Full driving licence
• IT literate (experience of TEAMS would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given)

• Competitive salary between £29,224.00 – £39,811.20 per annum dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications
