• Lead and manage building surveying projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Undertake dilapidation surveys and provide clients with strategic advice concerning obligations and liabilities.
• Prepare and review detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work in compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to deliver practical and efficient solutions.
• Provide mentoring and support to junior colleagues, encouraging their professional development.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Support business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the firm’s strong market reputation.

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) status is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building surveying, with a solid focus on dilapidations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with a record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and digital reporting tools.
