Lucion is looking for a Structures Supervisor to join our growing Infrastructure team based in Rotherham. This opportunity involves leading a team of surveyors on a wide range of highway infrastructure projects, ensuring surveys are delivered safely, accurately and to the highest technical standards.

As a Structures Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, delivery and quality of structural inspection and investigation projects across the UK. You will lead by example, support your team, ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently and in line with UKAS‑accredited quality standards.

• Supervise structural and highway infrastructure surveys.
• Lead structural investigations and condition assessments.
• Oversee pavement surveys, trial pits and investigative works.
• Manage asbestos surveys within infrastructure environments.
• Supervise concrete inspections and testing.
• Coordinate survey teams, equipment and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures.
• Review survey data and technical reports.
• Mentor and develop Survey Technicians.
• Maintain excellent client relationships on site.

You will have previous experience supervising field‑based survey teams within the highways, infrastructure or civil engineering sectors.

• Producing or reviewing technical survey information.

• SSSTS qualification.
• Experience working within a UKAS‑accredited environment.
