York Elec Bias is recruiting a Technical Supervisor to lead a small engineering team in York, with occasional cover in Sheffield. This role is ideal for an electrical or multi-skilled engineer looking to step into supervision.
You will supervise 2 engineers (3-person team), plan and manage PPMs and reactive works, ensure SLA compliance and job completion, manage contractors and issue permits to work, and liaise with clients and suppliers.
