Fusion People Ltd is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for a permanent role in North or West Yorkshire. You will produce plans, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD for refurbishments and new builds, manage planning and building regulation processes, and carry out surveys with condition reporting.
The ideal candidate holds a RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree with extensive surveying experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and a full UK driving license.
