We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the York Barbican. The role is a casual, event‑driven position with flexible shifts that can be tailored to fit around other commitments. Successful candidates will engage with the venue across a range of tasks and assist with event operations.

Recruitment will be conducted in phases over the next few months. Once positions become available that match your qualifications and experience, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Successful applicants will be invited to join our casual team and sign up for event‑based shifts, including evening and weekend work.
