Group Tax Manager - FTC

I am working with a FTSE
100 organisation who are looking for a Group Tax Manager to join its tax team on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll support tax governance, compliance, and strategic initiatives across a complex international business.

This role will be well suited to an experienced tax professional seeking a hands‑on Group role with real responsibility and impact over the duration of the contract.

• Support delivery of the Group Tax Strategy and core compliance activities.
• Maintain and enhance tax controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor tax legislation changes and assess impacts on the Group.
• Oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
• Lead Pillar II and country‑by‑country reporting.
• Manage tax provisioning and work with external auditors.
• Support multi‑jurisdictional tax projects and tax authority interactions.

• Strong technical tax expertise with a practical, solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience in a complex, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Clear communicator, able to simplify complex tax concepts.
• Advanced Excel and solid Microsoft Office capability.
• High attention to detail and strong integrity.

This role is based in Yorkshire, with a hybrid working policy of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
