Management Accountant

Location: West Yorkshire

We are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established and growing multinational business based in South Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful organisation with a strong finance function, working closely with an experienced Financial Controller and taking ownership of a broad range of management accounting responsibilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance, providing accurate reporting, and contributing to business decision-making within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparation of monthly management accounts.

* Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes.

* Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

* Producing financial reports and performance analysis.

* Assisting with year-end and audit requirements.

* Supporting business units with financial insight and decision-making.

* Maintaining strong financial controls and processes.

* Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders.

About You

* Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).

* Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.

* Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
