We’re looking for an experienced Senior Risk Manager to lead and evolve enterprise risk across a complex financial services environment. You’ll drive the development and implementation of Group-wide risk management standards, ensuring robust governance and a consistent approach to identifying, assessing and managing material risks within agreed risk appetite.

Working closely with senior leaders and Boards, you’ll provide trusted advice, challenge and assurance, strengthen governance, and help embed a positive, forward‑thinking risk culture across the organisation.

• Lead and evolve enterprise risk management across a complex financial services environment.
• Develop and implement Group-wide risk management standards with robust governance.
• Identify, assess and manage material risks within agreed risk appetite.
• Advise senior leaders and Boards, challenge assumptions, and provide assurance on risk management effectiveness.
• Support embedding a positive risk culture across the organisation.

• Extensive enterprise risk experience within pensions, investments or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of governance, regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Experience implementing and embedding GRC systems.
• The confidence to influence, challenge and advise senior stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
