Finance Business Partner

Location: West Yorkshire – 2 days/wk onsite

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading UK manufacturer. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenging performance, and supporting key commercial and operational decisions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and driving business performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to influence decision-making and improve business performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting processes.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and management information to senior leadership teams
• Provide robust variance analysis and performance reporting
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive improvements in financial planning, analysis and commercial decision-making

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong finance business partnering and financial analysis experience
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and continuous improvement approach.
• Manufacturing or multi-site experience would be advantageous
