Senior Finance Business Partner

Senior Finance Business Partner | £57-63k | Children's Charity | 12 month FTC | 2 days in Central London office This Senior Finance Business Partner role is a maternity contract to join an iconic children's charity. This role is a varied position working with passionate stakeholders within the charity as well as managing a strong team of Business Partner/Management Accountants.

This role will be working closely with the senior stakeholders across various areas such as commercial income generation or the charity services. This role will require a qualified accountant with a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities Working as a senior member of a productive and collaborative FP&A team, managing a small team of motivated staff. Delivering excellent service to various stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective working relationships, with the ability to adapt the approach depending on the needs of the individual stakeholders. Overseeing and updating Management Accounts, investigating variances, and identifying areas for improvement Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide support and up-to-date information relating to budgets and forecast information Prepare and deliver KPIs and budgets in line with the organisation's long-term strategy Analysing metrics and other data to ensure accurate and relevant reporting Person Specification A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders of complex needs and requirements.

Experience of working in the Charity sector
