We are supporting a Yorkshire based, privately owned consumer/e-commerce business through its next stage of growth. The business operates a hi
gh-volume consumer model with an established physical supply chain and is looking to appoint a Fractional CFO to provide senior financial leadership and commercial support to the founders.

• Strengthen management reporting and financial visibility
• Improve forecasting, budgeting and cash-flow management
• Develop meaningful commercial KPIs and performance reporting
• Provide greater insight into margin, profitability and working capital
• Support strategic and operational decision-making
• Review and improve the existing finance function, processes and systems
• Act as a senior financial partner to the founders/leadership team

We are looking for an experienced CFO / FD / senior finance leader with a track record in a growing, entrepreneurial business.

Experience in consumer, e-commerce, retail, D2C or other product-led businesses would be highly relevant, particularly where there is meaningful inventory and working-capital complexity.

The successful candidate will be commercial, hands-on and pragmatic, comfortable working directly with founders and getting into the detail where required.

Fractional commitment: 1-2 days per week

Duration: 3-6 months which potential to be extended
