As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you'll play a key, hands‑on role in building new centralised models and frameworks to strengthen the reporting and analysis function across key, nationwide sites.
Description- Administer, maintain, and enhance IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) environments.
- Develop and support business planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
- Opportunity to build balance sheet and cash flow planning models.
- Ensure actual financial and operational data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Collaborate with Power BI and SQL users to meet reporting and analytical requirements.
- Analyse large and complex datasets, transforming information into actionable business insights.
- Support stakeholders across multiple business functions with planning and reporting requirements.
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on business planning, reporting, and process improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning and reporting functions.
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis within accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in financial planning tools and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
- Salary between £60,000 and £72,000, dependent on the level of experience.
