- Assist with ad hoc risk assessments and internal audits as needed
- Help build out processes and documentation for new or evolving compliance areas where none yet exist
- Respond to compliance-related questions from internal teams (product, engineering, sales, customer support) and elevate as appropriate
- Take on other compliance-related projects and duties to support important Company initiatives and priorities
- Partner across the business
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, and Product to keep policies and controls current
- Support senior Compliance team members on key initiatives and reporting to governance committees
- In your first year, you’ll be successful if you:
- Independently manage a caseload of BSA/AML/OFAC alerts and investigations, from initial review through UAR filing
- Become the go-to point of contact for day-to-day BSA/AML/OFAC compliance operations
- Identify and help close at least one meaningful gap in monitoring coverage or process
- Build a trusted, responsive working relationship with our partner bank and stakeholders
- Bring AI tools into your workflow in a way that measurably speeds up investigations or reporting
- Contribute analysis or reporting that shapes a real decision made by compliance leadership
- Demonstrate you can flex into adjacent compliance work as needed, not just your core caseload
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Meaningful stock options
- Flexible vacation policy
