Sharp Consultancy are working with a well-established business based in Tockwith, York who are looking for a finance administrator to join the business.
Joining a friendly finance team you will support the team with finance administration.
Job Duties:- Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
- Chasing up month end invoices
- Setting up new accounts and suppliers onto the system
- Processing employee expenses
- Preparing supplier payments
- Posting to ledger
- Cash Allocation
- Managing the central inbox
- Finance administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Worked to timed deadlines
- Microsoft proficient
- Salary up to £30000 per annum
- Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Free onsite parking
