Hawksworth Hays are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Leeds to recruit a commercially focused Pricing Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join a high-performing team, supporting strategic pricing decisions that drive business performance and profitability.

Working closely with key stakeholders across finance, sales and commercial teams, you will play a pivotal role in analysing pricing structures, market trends and customer data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse pricing data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.

Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies.

Produce regular pricing, margin and profitability reports.

Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.

Develop financial models to assess pricing scenarios and commercial outcomes.

Work closely with sales and commercial teams to ensure pricing consistency and maximise revenue opportunities.

Provide insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.

Maintain pricing databases and ensure data accuracy.

About You:

Previous experience in a Pricing Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Revenue Analyst or similar analytical role.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and data analysis.

Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.

A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
