Finance Business Partner | South Yorkshire | £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus

Hybrid
I'm recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a large multinational business in South Yorkshire. It suits someone who enjoys working closely with operational managers and helping them use the numbers to run their area.
It's a large, established business, so the core reporting is already in place.
The role- Be the finance partner to your part of the business and give a clear view on the decisions that matter.
- Go through performance each month, explain what's moved and challenge where it should be better.
- Build the forecasts and budgets with the people who run the operation, so they own the numbers too.
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or a finalist with solid business partnering experience.
- Comfortable talking numbers with non-finance managers and holding your ground when it matters.
- Experience in a large or operational business helps.
- Bonus on top
Most of your time is spent with managers outside finance. If you'd rather focus on the month end and reporting, it probably won't suit.
