Future Gen Recruitment is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join its York team. The role offers a salary of £38,000–£48,000 plus benefits and a hybrid working arrangement.
You will prepare planning appraisals, manage applications, coordinate technical inputs, and maintain strong client relationships, while progressing to Principal Planner. MRTPI or nearing chartership, consultancy or development management experience, and clear communication are preferred.
