City of York Council is seeking a proactive Housing Management Officer to join Housing Management Services. You will manage a council housing patch and contribute to tenancy sign-ups, rent collection and anti-social behaviour management while focusing on responsive, sensitive resident support.
The role requires strong communication and IT skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable residents. Hybrid working is available.
