Are you an experienced Salon Manager or Senior Stylist Leader with confidence, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional client and team experiences? Our brand-new RUSH salon in York is now open, and we re looking for a driven, inspiring Salon Manager to lead and grow our talented team.

• Join as part of the opening leadership team and help build the salon from the ground up
• Competitive salary with OTE up to £35k including bonuses & commission

• Lead and grow a brand-new salon team, shaping the culture and client experience

• A qualified Hairdresser (NVQ Level 2 or above)
• Experienced in team leadership or salon management (1+ year)
• Commercially aware with proven success growing sales & client retention
• Confident in managing targets, columns, and business performance
• Passionate about team development, coaching and motivation
• Dedicated to delivering an exceptional client journey every day
