The RoleWe are looking for a driven and experienced Hair
Salon stylist/Manager to lead our busy York salon. You will take full responsibility for team performance, client experience, and daily operations, with the support of a well-established brand behind you.
- Proven experience working within a hair salon environment
- Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up
- Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
- Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets
- Passion for the hair & beauty industry
- Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, apprentices & front-of-house staff
- Deliver a consistent 5-star client experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets
- Manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently
