Position: Account Manager - Aseptic Compounding (Permanent)
Our client, a UK leader within sterile compounding, is seeking a Hospital Account Manager to join their growing team. You’ll be trusted to own a high-profile territory, build influential relationships across the NHS and private sector, and position a genuinely innovative, customer-focused service in a complex and evolving market.

This is a full-time, permanent role covering Yorkshire, North East & Yorkshire.

Ideal Requirements

* Proven experience managing hospital accounts, ideally within NHS or private hospital settings.

* Commercially minded with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.

* Strong understanding of the UK hospital, procurement and tender landscape.

* Confident communicator with the credibility to represent a clinically focused service in complex, regulated environments.

* Develop and grow long-term partnerships with NHS and private hospital customers across your territory.

* Act as a visible, engaging presence in your territory, someone customers genuinely want to work with and buy into.

* Bring a growth mindset to the role, continuously developing relationships, commercial performance and personal capability.
