Hours:
30hours a week, Monday‑Friday 8‑4pm, with flexible scheduling options (3× long days or 4× shorter days). No weekends.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will have a varied set of responsibilities, demonstrating sound judgement in assessing and managing complex patient problems.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership for the mental‑health team.
- Act as a role model, maintaining professional appearance and standards.
- Support senior clinicians on site and contribute to the daily leadership team.
- Provide clinical input for all patients.
- Ensure patient safety and effective management of complex cases.
- Apply the most up‑to‑date treatment methodologies.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team of mental health and substance‑misuse practitioners.
- Extend clinical expertise within secure environments (prison, young offenders, immigration removal centres).
- Registered Nurse Adult Mental Health with current NMC or Registered Paramedic with current HCPC.
- Independent or supplementary prescriber qualification.
- Substance‑misuse experience – desirable.
- MSc in Advanced Practice – desirable.
- Experience working autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner following best‑practice guidance.
- Experience in hospital, community or prison environments (ideal).
- Legal right to work in the UK and undergo additional vetting and security checks.

Part‑time position, annual salary up to £53,433.60 per annum, depending on experience.
