Wellbeing and Occupational Health Advisor Hourly Rate: £15.88 - £17.82

Location:

Swinton (parking available, bus access) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Hybrid Working: 2–3 days in office after onboarding We are seeking a Wellbeing and Occupational Health Advisor to join our busy People Services team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for coordinating between managers and external occupational health providers, focusing primarily on administration, data accuracy, and process coordination. Day-to-day of the role:
Manage incoming occupational health referrals, ensuring they are processed accurately and swiftly. Coordinate with external providers and distribute reports back to managers. Maintain accurate data across multiple systems such as iTrent, trackers, and records. Handle queries from managers and refine referral information as needed. Support health surveillance processes, including scheduling medicals and tracking their completion. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong administrative experience in fast-paced environments. High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy. Proficient in using multiple systems and cross-checking information. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing workloads. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge and question managers where necessary. Capable of building relationships with managers and external providers. Resilient and mature, comfortable handling sensitive wellbeing and mental health cases.

Desirable

Experience:

Administrative experience in healthcare, HR, or occupational health environments. Familiarity with handling confidential or sensitive data. Experience working in complex or structured organisations, such as the public sector or emergency services. Benefits:
