Guardian Jobs is seeking a Stroke Support Worker to join our Doncaster-based project. This homebased role will require regular travel to Doncaster Royal Infirmary and occasional meetings across the region.
You will deliver person-centred conversations with stroke survivors and their families on the ward and by phone, test how they connect with the Association, and help strengthen links during recovery. Flexible hours between 21 and 28 per week are available.
