Location: West Yorkshire
Pact is recruiting a Personal Wellbeing Advisor to work across Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Halifax and Bradford in West Yorkshire. You will deliver one-to-one support and group sessions to help people with convictions improve their wellbeing and strengthen family relationships.
As part of a values-led charity, you will build trusted relationships with participants and partner agencies, supporting evidence of outcomes and service delivery targets. Part-time role with training and supervision.
