This post is responsible for establishing direct sales of the Olympus Endotherapy product range on their territory. This post is responsible for establishing direct sales of the Olympus medical/surgical product range on their territory (Derbyshire Leicestershire Lincolnshire Nottinghamshire South Yorkshire Staffordshire West Yorkshire).
The role involves demonstrating the Olympus Endotherapy equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carrying out meetings with business and procurement managers with a view to growing market share for their portfolio as well as providing after sales support.
- Managing the sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using ISP
- Accurate & regular forecasting of sales opportunities.
- Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
- Deliver post sales training, commissioning and support for new and existing customers across product portfolio.
- Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions
- Ensure diary is managed effectively to maximise customer interactions & manage sales activities through the effective use of CRM.
- Co-ordinating the clinical activity within an endoscopy/ theatre environments inclusive of on patient demonstrations, product demonstrations, product presentations, and clinical face to face and virtual meetings.
- A competent understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit.
- Experience with in a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
