Main duties of the jobYou will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.

Demonstrate best practice in the implementation of PBS, working with individuals, colleagues, key stakeholders, internal and external multidisciplinary teams, and families. Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments. Develop and implement PBS plans. Provide staff training and development, including PBS, practice workshops, and other associated training. About us Priory Hospital Mill Garth, Leeds, West Yorkshire is a level 2 rehabilitation service for adult males with a range of mental health disorders. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Meanwood and Leeds railway station approximately 34 miles from the service.

Essential Formal qualification in PBS or related field (e.g., BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MSc Applied Behaviour Analysis, MA or MSc in Autism Studies, PBS/ABA Graduate Diploma).Qualified at Degree level or higher in a relevant field, e.g., Psychology.

Experience working with people with co-occurring mental health conditions.
