Our client is an established home care provider with more than 25 branches across the North West, Yorkshire, Cumbria and Wales, delivering over one million hours of care each year while maintaining a personal and compassionate approach.

As a Field Care Supervisor
, you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager and wider care team to ensure clients receive safe, effective and person-centred care.

You’ll have a varied role combining field-based supervision, staff development, client support and office-based responsibilities.

• Supporting care planning, reviews and client assessments
• Supervising, mentoring and supporting care staff in the community
• Carrying out spot checks and competency observations
• Ensuring care standards, policies and best practice are consistently maintained
• Supporting safe medication practices
• Completing client welfare and quality assurance visits
• Supporting scheduling and other office-based duties when required
• Building positive relationships with clients, families and care teams
• Participating in the on-call rota

• Previous experience within domiciliary or home care
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or relevant equivalent experience
• Experience supporting or supervising care staff
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using computers and digital care systems
• Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
