Educational Psychologist

The successful candidate will support children and young people aged 5–25 with SEMH, developmental trauma, neurodiversity and SEND, providing psychological and educational assessments, consultation and intervention.

You will work closely with children, young people, families, education and residential teams, contributing to EHCPs, EHCNAs, staff training and wider service development within an established multidisciplinary team.

this is a term-time working role and the advertised actual salary reflects the term-time working arrangement. The FTE salary is provided for comparison.

• HCPC registered Educational Psychologist.
• Professional qualification in Educational Psychology eligible for HCPC registration.
• 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience working with SEMH, neurodiversity and SEND.
• Strong assessment, consultation and report-writing skills.
• Experience with EHCPs/EHCNAs and multidisciplinary working.
• Experience with in educational settings; residential experience is desirable.
