If you're already a Field Care Supervisor or an experienced Care Assistant looking for career progression, this is the role for you. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our care management team in York to manage client care and support our care professionals. You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car and be keen to make a genuine difference to our clients' lives.
Benefits- Guaranteed hours contract with a minimum 30 hours per week
- High pay rate of £13.50 to £14.50 per hour

- Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
- Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
- Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
- Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
- Contributing to on-call
- You will need a smartphone to use our app
£13.50 to £14.50 per hour plus paid travel time, paid mileage at 45p per mile, paid on-call, and double time bank holidays.
