What You'll Be Doing Supporting Daily LivingProviding compassionate care and support tailored to each resident's needs, preferences and choices.
Building Meaningful RelationshipsTaking time to get to know residents, their life stories, interests and what matters most to them.
Promoting IndependenceEncouraging residents to remain active, engaged and involved in daily life wherever possible.
Delivering Person-Centred CareSupporting residents with dignity, respect and kindness at all times as well as attending to their personal care.
Creating Special MomentsWhether it's enjoying a chat over a cup of tea, celebrating birthdays or supporting activities, you'll help make every day meaningful.
Working TogetherCollaborating closely with your colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential.
