The Role

As HR Administrator, you’ll be the support behind the day‑to‑day HR operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring every process is delivered with accuracy, consistency, and a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll be responsible for:

Providing essential administrative and operational HR support across a wide range of functions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and employment legislation
Supporting employee relations activity — organising formal meetings, preparing documentation, taking accurate minutes, and maintaining detailed case records
Managing HR data and systems, processing contract changes and leavers, and responding to internal HR queries efficiently
Coordinating wider HR activities including training, policy updates, health & safety record‑keeping, and routine HR reporting
Everything you do will help keep the HR service running smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Need

Ideally 2 years’ experience working as an HR Administrator
A solid understanding of HR procedures, both practical and administrative
Strong time‑management skills and the ability to handle a busy workload
A full driving licence and access to a car
