Ensure the people dimension is fully integrated into the business strategies and plans and ensure strategies are in place to tackle key people risks and challenges over the short and lo - nger term
Work closely with your business to spot opportunities for organisational change or transformation which will improve business performance. Take joint responsibility with the business head to plan and deliver t - he change
Drive delivery of an effective organisation that is fit for purpose. Lead strategic expansion initiatives for the areas you par - tner with
Take an active role in the budget planning to develop rationale for future years headcount, taking into consideration organisational design and future busine - ss plans.
Ensure management information is up to date and accessible as appropriate including talent management information and success - ion plans
Contribute to relevant HR KPIs and reports for your busin - ess areas

Skills, Knowledge, Experience &
Qualifica

Significant HR Business Partner experience in large, co - mplex organisation
Experience of working in a complex uni - onised environment
Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice and employment policies and procedures with particular focus on complex capability, grievance - and disciplinary.
Previous experience in leading a team of HR Advisors - and Co-ordinators.
Experience of implementing change with - in an organisation
Full cle - license
