ADVA Optical Networking SE is seeking a highly organised Human Resources Coordinator (part-time) to join our Global HR team in York. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and day-to-day queries across the employee lifecycle, with hybrid working at the York office and approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, policy updates, payroll changes, GDPR compliance and data accuracy in HR systems.
